What is Kongo-Green?

Agric-Dev's first project, labelled Project 01: a pharmaceutical-grade cannabis cultivation, processing and export facility on 15 leased hectares in Kongo Central, Democratic Republic of Congo, developed by Galvin Pharma SARL and held under Galvin Holding B.V. It is built to the GACP standard and engineered for the EU-GMP pathway.

Who cultivates at Kongo-Green?

Galvin Pharma SARL, the licensed in-country operator. Agric-Dev invests. It does not cultivate and does not hold a cultivation licence in its own name.

Who holds the licences?

The operator and its group. The register on the homepage names each permission, who holds it and what stage it is at. As of September 2026 the DRC's INCB registration and I2ES reporting are in force at country level, and Galvin Pharma SARL holds a pharmaceutical processing and API authorisation, with the same licence in process for the Kongo-Green entity. Every other item is shown as to be confirmed rather than guessed.

What am I actually buying?

A unit representing a proportional economic interest in Agric-Dev's equity position in Galvin Holding B.V. Not a share of a harvest, and not a claim on a specific parcel of land.

What is the raise?

€9,790,000, funding a 23% equity stake in Galvin Holding B.V. plus a 3% warrant position. The raise is divided into units priced from roughly €100 on the retail route, so the same instrument can be entered at retail or institutional scale.

Why equity in the operator, and not the crop?

Because a season can be lost to weather or disease, but the licence, the facility and the corporate structure survive a bad season. Your exposure is to the business, not to a single harvest.

Does Agric-Dev own the land?

No. Kongo-Green is a leasehold held by the operator, Galvin Pharma SARL, and this raise does not buy land. It funds Agric-Dev's equity position in the company that holds the lease, the licence and the operation.

Who buys the output?

Licensed importers in regulated markets, under contract. Contracted demand preceding production is the rule the model is built on. No counterparty is named until a contract is signed.

When does anything ship?

After the export authorisation is issued by ACOREP against a buyer's import permit, reported through INCB. Not before. No export revenue is assumed until it is in hand.

What if a licence does not come?

Agric-Dev does not hold the cultivation licence directly; Galvin Pharma SARL does, as the in-country operator. The terms that apply to the equity position if a licence is refused or lapses are set out in the offering documents, and are not summarised publicly.

Can I get my money out?

Units are transferable and Agric-Dev arranges the resale: your units are re-allocated to an incoming holder and the proceeds come to you. Timing depends on demand when you sell and the price is set by the allocation then open, so neither is guaranteed.

Why the Democratic Republic of Congo, and why Kongo Central?

Kongo Central is the DRC's Atlantic-facing province, with the country's principal sea ports and a long history of commercial agriculture, on the equator: twelve hours of daylight every day and no heating season. Medicinal cultivation has been regulated in the DRC since 2021 under Ministerial Order No. 1250/CAB/MIN/SPHP/038/DCA/CPh/2022, with ACOREP as competent authority, and the country is registered with the INCB as a producing country.

What does a unit return?

Those figures live in the offering documents, which are released to eligible investors in permitted jurisdictions after verification. Agric-Dev publishes no yield, price or return figures publicly.

How long will this take?

Years, not months. Lease and licence confirmation, permits and construction, first planting under licence, the GACP audit, third-party release of every batch, then the first shipment. It is a programme, not a launch, and no stage is skipped to make a date.

Is Kongo-Green the only project?

No. Project 02 is Ngandu Estate, the group's own landed scheme: 1,800 acres held under customary clan title in Kongo Central, managed under contract by Ngandu Estate Management, with a fifty-hectare licensed campus planned on it. It opens after the Project 01 raise closes, and the registered list hears first.
