About

Agricultural infrastructure on titled African land

Agric-Dev is an agricultural investment group. We acquire and hold productive land in Sub-Saharan Africa, then build the regulated infrastructure that turns it into an asset institutions can own. We do not cultivate. Licensed operators work the ground under contract, and we publish our licence register in full, including the permissions not yet obtained.

How the model works

Standing

A licence is either held or it is not. The register on the homepage states, document by document, what is held by the licensed operator, what is in progress and what has not yet been obtained. As of September 2026 the cultivation and import authorisations are held by the operator, processing authorisation is in progress, and the export authorisation is not yet obtained. No export revenue is assumed before it is in hand.

Why Kongo Central

A port in the province, a working road corridor, rivers on the ground, twelve hours of daylight every day of the year and no heating season. These are properties of latitude and geography, not operational efficiencies. The cost advantage still has to be converted through certification, which is why the campus is built to the standard from the first drawing.
